Description

Transparent PVC-P Hose with a smooth, Ether-Based TPU Liner reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC helix. It's light, extremely flexible, and designed for applications requiring both chemical resistance and food safety, making it an ideal choice for the food and beverage industry where hygiene and material integrity are paramount.

Features and Applications

Ideal for the suction and delivery of food products such as powders, flours, light grains, and freeze-dried foodstuffs. It's also suitable for beverages with an alcohol content up to 20% and for transferring vegetable oils and fatty foods. Its design caters to industries needing a dependable food-grade solution.

Properties

Nettuno PU features a completely smooth interior for unhindered flow and ease in cleaning, reducing contamination risks. Its transparent PVC-P construction offers excellent visibility of the material flow, while the TPU liner and PVC spiral provide resistance to weathering, hydrolysis, and a broad spectrum of chemicals. The food-grade materials used in its construction comply with EU Regulation 10/2011, classes (A, B, C, D2).
Available in antistatic (Cod. NR02) with the addition of a copper wire adds an option for applications requiring static dissipation. Bore Finish: Smooth
