Ideal for the transfer of cosmetic, health care, food, and pharmaceutical products, including premium wines, fruit juices, vinegar, spirits up to 96% alcohol content, creams, soaps, aromas, and pigments. Highly suitable for environments where material purity and resistance to chemical agents are critical.
Features and Applications
Pharmasteel Press presents a flexible hose made from TPE-S hygienic rubber, reinforced with an AISI 302 stainless steel spiral and high tenacity polyester plies, designed for applications where no vulcanisation is needed. This feature eliminates contamination risks from curing agents, reduces energy consumption, and lowers CO2 emissions.
Properties
Pharmasteel Press features an ultra-smooth TPE interior and exterior for optimal flow and ease of cleaning, reducing the risk of bacterial growth. Its low porosity TPE material minimises permeation, ensuring the integrity of the transported medium without altering its taste or odor. It offers robust resistance to chemicals, including acids and alkaline solutions, as well as to abrasion, hydrolysis, ozone, ageing, and weathering effects, all while being free from substances that could compromise product quality or health.
