Our Plutone BD100 Thermoplastic Hose is tailored for biodiesel handling in production, blending, and pouring plants, accommodating biodiesel up to 100% concentration. It's commonly fitted with standard oil connections like BS and Camlock
Features and Applications
As the first thermoplastic hose made from a special compound, Plutone BD100 can deliver biodiesel at full concentration. It boasts excellent resistance to fuels, oils, and chemicals, suitable for both suction and delivery operations. With a working pressure of roughly 10 Bar and a vacuum capacity of 9 mH2O, it's designed for robust industrial use
Properties
Reinforced with a steel spiral and high tenacity polyester yarn, it features a smooth inner and outer surface to reduce friction and ensure optimal flow. Lighter and easier to handle than traditional rubber hoses, it comes with an embedded coppered wire for electrical bonding, with an electrical resistance R ≤ 102 Ohm/m, in line with ISO 8031 - ATEX Directives.
