Properties
Plutone PU Press combines transparency with an ether-based TPU construction, reinforced with an AISI 302 stainless steel spiral and polyester textile for durability and flexibility. Conductivity: Steel spiral can be grounded to achieve a conductivity of R ≤ 102 Ohm/m, reducing the risk of static charge buildup, crucial in environments handling fine powders or flammable liquids. Chemical and Biological Resistance: Excellent resistance to microbes, hydrolysis, chemicals, acids, alkaline solutions, oils, and fats. Smooth Surfaces: Both inside and out, smooth surfaces enhance flow, simplify cleaning, and support sterilisation processes, ensuring no residual contamination. Food and Pharmaceutical Compliance: Meets stringent standards with EU 10/2011 and FDA CFR-21-177.2600, along with USP CLASS VI for pharmaceutical applications, ensuring safety and suitability for use in these sensitive industries.
