Description
Black PVC-NBR tank drop hose, reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral and polyester yarn, designed for its conductive property, achieved through a copper wire earthed under the PVC spiral, ensures static electricity is safely discharged. This hose stands out for being lighter and more flexible than traditional rubber hoses.
Features and Applications
Spiralpress OIL's resistance to oils and lubricants, even those with high aromatic content up to 50%, ensures longevity and reliability in aggressive chemical environments. Commonly used as a tank drop hose. Ideal for use in the Petrolchemical, Marine, Construction and Waste management industries, where the transfer of petroleum products, gasoline, and other lubricants is frequent and where resistance to harsh chemicals and physical flexibility are indispensable. Manufactured in antistatic by adding a copper wire. By earthing the copper wire, the duct becomes electrically bonded. The electrical resistance R ≤ 102 Ohm/m is according to ISO 8031 - ATEX Directives
