Crystal Clear-55 TPE Pharma-Grade Tube is designed for peristaltic pumps along with the stringent requirements of food, pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic industries:

  • Material: Translucent TPE-S, low porosity for reduced permeation.
  • Taste and Odor Neutral: Preserves the organoleptic properties of liquids.
  • Chemical Resistance: Resists acids, alkaline solutions, and alcohols up to 50% concentration.
  • Durability: Superior life over 190 hours when tested on a 3 lobes pump with 600 turning/minute on peristaltic pumps, low spallation.
  • Curing-Free: No vulcanisation needed, avoiding residue leaching and reducing environmental impact.
  • Ease of Assembly: Heat sealable for connector-free joins, ensuring flow stability.

  • Pharmaceutical: Dosing fluids, sterile filling, cell culture, synthesis, purification.
  • Cosmetics: Dispensing soaps, creams, and detergents.

This tubing can be sterilised by autoclave, ETO, gamma radiations, and chemicals. It is more impermeable than silicone elastomers and made from curing-free material preventing curing agent residues leaching into end product. Crystal Clear-55 is manufactured under GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice according to Regulation (CE) N. 2023/2006, ensuring it meets the highest standards for materials in contact with foodstuffs.
