Master Tube PE Ultra Low Friction Flexible Tubing for the Chemical Industry (Production only, Minimum Order Quantities apply)
Product Code: M20000089

Description
Master-Tube PE Ultra is an abrasion-resistant tube designed for demanding industrial applications, particularly in feeding technology and the chemical industry. With its low coefficient of friction and excellent chemical resistance, this spiral-free hose offers reliable performance under pressure.
Features and Applications
Constructed from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), the Master-Tube PE Ultra is an extruded tube without a metal spiral or reinforcement, making it highly resistant to abrasion and stress corrosion cracking. Its low coefficient of friction ensures smooth operation, while its calibrated outer diameter guarantees a precise fit. This tubing is particularly suited for automotive, robotics and automation, chemistry, conveying, lifting and feeding technology, and painting technology.
Properties
Exhibiting very good chemical resistance, making it ideal for use with solvents and chemicals. It is halogen-free, hydrolysis-resistant, silicone-free, and plasticiser-free, contributing to its durability and compatibility in diverse environments. With high surface hardness and flexibility at low temperatures, the Master-Tube PE Ultra also features low water absorption, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging conditions.
Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C, the Master-Tube PE Ultra is available in blue, black, and transparent colours, making it a versatile and pressure-resistant solution for a variety of industrial needs. Bore Finish: Smooth
