Master Tube PVDF Fire and Chemical Resistant Tubing with Dielectric Properties (Production only, Minimum Order Quantities apply)
Product Code: M19000130

Description
Master-Tube PVDF is a spiral-free hose designed for applications requiring exceptional chemical and temperature resistance. Constructed from Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), this hose offers superior durability and performance across a wide range of industrial environments.
Features and Applications
The Master-Tube PVDF is extruded without a metal spiral, making it both lightweight and highly abrasion-resistant. The wall is crafted from a material that is insensitive to stress corrosion cracking and features dielectric properties, ensuring reliability in demanding conditions. The flame resistance of the hose has been tested and certified according to UL 94 V2 - V0, making it a safe choice for environments where fire safety is a concern.
Properties
Chemically, the hose exhibits outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals, solvents, and oils. It is also UV-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, microbe-resistant, and free from plasticisers and substances that impair paint wetting (LABS). These properties ensure that the hose maintains its integrity in harsh environments. Mechanically, it offers high surface hardness and low water absorption, contributing to its long service life. The natural colour of the hose reflects its pure, high-quality construction.
With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, the Master-Tube PVDF is ideally suited for use in agriculture, automotive, mechanical engineering, robotics, aerospace, and many other industries where chemical resistance and durability are crucial. Bore Finish: Smooth
