Unreinforced Blue Silicone Tube Food Grade

Description

Our blue silicone elastomer tube with a Shore A hardness of 60, cured with peroxide, is designed for transporting food-grade liquids, alcohols, and acids without pressure in peristaltic and doser pumps.

Features and Applications

It is ideal for industries such as medical, pharmaceutical, agriculture, laboratory, and cosmetics due to its flexibility, elasticity, safety for food, high-temperature resistance, and auto-clavability. It also offers outstanding weather and UV durability, water resistance, chemically inert, biologically harmless, resistance to fatigue, and minimal deformation under pressure and tension.

Suitable for non-pressurised transportation of food-safe liquids in the food sector, alcohol and acid transport in chemical processing, sterilisation and chemical resistance in medical and pharmaceutical environments, durability in agriculture applications, precise fluid control in laboratory settings, and product purity and quality in the cosmetics industry.
