The XFlame® is constructed from a highly abrasion-resistant material that is resilient to stress corrosion cracking, offering high impact strength and dielectric properties. It is made from PUR with a Shore D hardness of 54, ensuring a robust and flexible solution for demanding environments. Tested for flame resistance according to UL 94 V2 - V0 standards, this hose offers reliable safety in applications where fire hazards are a concern.

Properties

This hose provides excellent chemical resistance, offering protection against oil, UV rays, hydrolysis, and microbes. It is halogen-free, plasticiser-free, and demonstrates good resistance to fats, making it suitable for environments requiring high purity and safety. The XFlame® is also free from paint wetting impairment substances (LABS), ensuring it does not interfere with sensitive production processes.
The hose is designed with a small bending radius and is kink-resistant, making it easy to install and highly flexible even in tight spaces. It remains functional across a broad temperature range from -40°C to 90°C, making it versatile for various industries.
