XFlame hydro® tubing is constructed from a highly abrasion-resistant material that is insensitive to stress corrosion cracking and possesses high impact strength. The material also features dielectric properties and exceptional elasticity, making it perfect for demanding environments. Flame resistance is tested to UL 94 V2 - V0 standards, ensuring safety in applications where fire hazards are a concern.

Properties

This hose offers outstanding chemical resistance, including resistance to oil, UV rays, and hydrolysis. It is halogen-free, microbe-resistant, and plasticiser-free, ensuring long-term reliability and safety. Additionally, the hose is free from paint wetting impairment substances (LABS), making it suitable for environments requiring purity and chemical resistance.
The XFlame hydro® is designed with a small bending radius and is kink-resistant, allowing for easy installation and use in tight spaces. It remains flexible even at low temperatures and provides good damping behaviour, making it versatile for various applications.
