The XFlame soft® is a highly flexible, flame-retardant polyurethane (PU) tube with an 85 Shore hardness, designed for applications requiring safety and durability. This self-extinguishing tubing is spiral-free, making it ideal for demanding environments.

Features and Applications

The XFlame soft® is constructed from a highly abrasion-resistant material that is resilient to stress corrosion cracking and offers high impact strength. The tubing also features dielectric properties and exceptional elasticity, ensuring reliability in critical applications. Tested for flame resistance according to UL 94 V2 - V0 standards, this hose provides safety in situations where fire hazards are present.

Properties

This hose excels in chemical resistance, providing protection against oil, UV rays, and hydrolysis. It is halogen-free, microbe-resistant, plasticiser-free, and offers good resistance to fats, ensuring long-term durability and performance. Additionally, it is free from paint wetting impairment substances (LABS), making it suitable for environments where purity is crucial.
